Payment issues
Why can't I process my payment?
Most payment failures usually occur due to a small mismatch like an incorrect billing address, card number, expiration date or CVV. Double-check your details and try again. If the payment still won’t process, please contact your financial institution.
Order confirmations & email updates
Can you resend my order confirmation or tickets?
Of course! Please complete the Contact MemberDeals form or give them a call, and they’ll be happy to resend your confirmation or tickets.
Can I update the email address on my order?
Yes! Just reach out through the Contact MemberDeals form or by phone, and their team will update it for you.
Hotel reservations
Can I change or cancel my hotel stay?
Hotel dates can’t be changed once booked, but in many cases you can cancel and rebook depending on the hotel’s cancellation policy. Please check your order confirmation for details, or Contact MemberDeals if you need help.
How long do cancellations take?
Once requested, cancellations may take up to 14 business days to process as MemberDeals works with hotel partners to finalize your refund.
Can I make special requests like adjoining rooms or early check-in?
Yes, but special requests — such as adjoining rooms, early check-in or hypoallergenic pillows — should be made directly with the hotel.
What do I need to check in?
A valid photo ID is always required. Some hotels may also ask for a credit card to cover incidentals or deposits.
Event tickets
Can I cancel or change my event ticket order?
All event ticket sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available for unused tickets.
Will my tickets be mobile-friendly?
Most tickets are mobile-friendly! Check your confirmation email for the delivery method (mobile QR code, e-ticket, will call or FedEx). If you receive mobile tickets, be sure to download them to your phone before arriving at the venue.
Where are my seats located?
Seat locations are shown when available. For Preferred Access events, MemberDeals reserves seats in advance — often before the public on-sale.
What happens if my event is canceled or rescheduled?
- Canceled: You will automatically receive a full refund.

Rescheduled/Postponed: Your tickets remain valid for the new date.
Cruises
Can I cancel or modify my cruise?
Cancellation policies vary by cruise line. Refunds are usually available if you cancel before the deadline. Please refer to the terms you accepted at booking for details.
Can I transfer a cruise reservation made elsewhere to MemberDeals?
You may be able to! Transfers are typically accepted if the booking is unpaid and made within the past 15 days. Please Contact MemberDeals for assistance.
Do you offer a price match?
Yes! If you find the same cruise at a lower price directly from the cruise line before your final payment, email MemberDeals at CruiseCustomerSuccess@ebgsolutions.com.
Car rentals
Can I change or extend my car rental?
Existing rentals cannot be modified, but in many cases you can cancel and rebook. Please check your order confirmation for cancellation terms or Contact MemberDeals if you need help.
Is there a deposit required?
Deposit policies vary by rental agency. Review your confirmation details or contact the rental agency directly for specifics.
Credit vouchers & gift cards
How do I use a Credit Voucher?
At checkout, select “Redeem Gift Card / Credit Voucher” and enter your voucher number and PIN. Please note, vouchers cannot be applied to cruise bookings.
Allianz Ticket Protection insurance
How do I purchase or cancel ticket insurance?
You can add Allianz Global Assistance Event Ticket Protector during checkout. To cancel, visit the Event Ticket Insurance page.
Need to file a claim?
Submit your claim online at eventticketprotection.com/claims/claim-search or call 1-888-497-6992.
Ticket delivery methods
- Mobile entry: Your phone is your ticket. Be sure to download your ticket before the event.
- Print-at-home (PDF): Print your ticket before the event if required.
- Will call: Bring your photo ID and the purchasing credit card.
- FedEx: Overnight shipping is available within the U.S. (not to P.O. boxes or APOs).
- Third-party transfers: Follow the ticket transfer email link to accept.
