How will I know when my order is processed?
You'll receive a notification as soon as each portion of your order is processed and shipped. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates!
Canadian orders: Do I pay in CAD or USD?
ExpertVoice programs are primarily U.S. based and accessible to a limited Canadian audience. As a result, most orders are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless specifically noted otherwise.
- If your order is in Canadian Dollars (CAD), it will clearly display "CAD" next to item prices and the order total (i.e., CAD $123.45).
Please note that currency values may fluctuate based on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed. Additionally, some banks or credit card companies may charge an international fee, which you would need to discuss those questions with your bank or credit card company.
Why am I charged sales tax on my orders?
ExpertVoice is required to collect sales tax on orders placed through our platform in all 50 U.S. states and Canada. This is because we are a registered reseller and must comply with tax regulations.
Here’s how it works:
- Sales tax calculation: During checkout, sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address for your order.
- Tax submission: The taxes collected are then submitted to your state or province on your behalf, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
This process ensures that all applicable taxes are properly accounted for with each order.
Are shipping times or fees affected by the checkout process updates?
No, the recent updates to our checkout process do not affect shipping times or fees. Each brand will continue to process your order according to their stated timeline. Shipping fees will still be applied separately for each deal and brand, just as before.
