How do I change or cancel an order on ExpertVoice?
After placing an order on ExpertVoice, you have 60 minutes to cancel the order or update the shipping address directly from your Order History.
A countdown timer will show how much time you have left to make changes. Once the 60-minute window expires, the cancel and edit options will no longer be available.
Canceling an order
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so yourself from Order History within 60 minutes of placing the order.
Important things to know:
- Only full order cancellations are allowed. Partial cancellations are not available.
- The cancellation happens immediately once you confirm it.
- If an ExpertVoice coupon was used on the original order, it cannot be applied to a future order after cancellation.
- No action from ExpertVoice Support is required when canceling within the 60-minute window.
If the 60-minute window has passed, the order has already been transmitted to the brand for processing and can no longer be canceled. In rare cases, Expert Support may be able to contact the brand to attempt a cancellation, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Changing your shipping address
You can update your shipping address within 60 minutes of placing your order from Order History.
Keep in mind:
- You can only change the order to a previously used shipping address for security purposes.
- If you need to ship to a new address, you’ll need to cancel the order and place a new one.
- Shipping costs or taxes may change depending on the updated address.
After the 60-minute window expires, the option to edit the address will no longer be available.
Before placing your order
To avoid needing to cancel or edit an order, please double-check the following before completing checkout:
- Size: Ensure you’ve selected the correct size.
- Color: Confirm the color is exactly what you want.
- Quantity: Verify the number of items in your cart.
- Shipping address: Make sure the address is accurate and complete.
- Order guidelines: Review any brand-specific ordering guidelines.
Partner site orders vs. ExpertVoice orders
When shopping on ExpertVoice, you may encounter two types of purchasing experiences: orders placed directly on ExpertVoice or orders completed on a partner brand’s website.

For some brands, you’ll be redirected to their website to complete your purchase.

Discount code:
You may need to copy and paste a discount code at checkout to receive your expert pricing.
Account creation:
Some brands require you to sign in or create an account on their website. During account setup, you may receive a code that you'll need to enter to unlock your special offer.
ExpertVoice orders
Orders placed directly on ExpertVoice are processed entirely through the platform. You won’t need to visit the brand’s site, apply a discount code, or create a separate account.
