Each brand on ExpertVoice sets its own refund and return policies, and many products sold through ExpertVoice are eligible for returns. We encourage all of our brand partners to offer a conditional 30-day return policy. To check if a product is returnable, click on “Return policy” from the product page.

Return conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
- It must be in new, unused and unworn condition with original tags or packaging intact
- Photographic evidence of the product’s condition may be required during the return process
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
The most common items ineligible for returns:
Returns are typically not accepted for the following items:
- Gratis products
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Ingestible items (e.g., food, supplements)
- Perishable items
- Flammable or hazmat materials
- Certain safety or climbing gear (e.g., harnesses)
- Oversized items (e.g., paddleboards, grills)
- Assembled items that required assembly
- Gift cards
- Custom or built-to-order items
- Products shipped internationally
Be sure to check the product’s “Return policy” from the product page. While some items may not be returnable, a refund may still be available. For orders below a certain dollar amount, brands may offer “green returns,” allowing you to keep the item if returning it isn’t economically feasible.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer exchanges. To get a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
Return shipping fees
For most returns, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. These costs can vary based on the return location, item size, weight and return method.
- Warranty claims: If your product is defective, damaged or covered by warranty, ExperVoice or the manufacturer will handle the return shipping costs, depending on the situation.
- Wrong item shipped: If you receive the wrong item, ExpertVoice or the manufacturer will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will cover the item subtotal, taxes and transaction fees. However, shipping costs are not refundable, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return process
To request a return, go to your Order History and select the item you’d like to return. Once your request is submitted, ExpertVoice will contact the manufacturer to obtain a return authorization. ExpertVoice will respond within 3 business days whether or not your request for returning a product is approved. When approved, you’ll receive an email with a return shipping label and return authorization number. You are responsible for providing packing and shipping materials.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and final decisions are made by each brand, including assessing whether the item is new and unopened. Misuse of the return policy, including excessive returns, may result in future returns or transactions being declined.
