Understanding return and exchange policies on ExpertVoice
Each brand on ExpertVoice sets its own return policy, which outlines important details about returns and exchanges. Because these policies can vary, we recommend reviewing a brand’s specific return guidelines before placing your order.
Where to find return guidelines
You can check return eligibility in a few different places:
1. Order History: To view the return and exchange guidelines for a past order, click “Guidelines” above the order date. For more recent orders, you may also see a “See Return Policy” button located below the shipping and billing information.
2. Product page: When shopping on ExpertVoice, return and exchange details can be found directly on each product page. Items eligible for returns will be labeled “Returns Accepted.” For more information, click the “Return Policy” and “Guidelines” buttons located below your expert pricing.
3. In your shopping cart: Before completing your purchase, you can review return and exchange guidelines by clicking “Guidelines” to the right of the brand name in your cart.
How to return an item on ExpertVoice
If your item is eligible for return, you’ll see a “Start a Return” option in your Order History. From there, you can confirm the item’s return eligibility and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a return shipping label, available to print at home or through the designated return shipping partner.
