Each brand on ExpertVoice fulfills and ships its own orders. That means timelines can vary depending on who you order from. Here's a general guide to help clear things up:
Standard Fulfillment Time

Most orders ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Some brands may process and ship faster, while others (especially during holidays or sales) may need a bit more time.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items

These may take longer — up to 6 weeks or more — depending on the brand’s process.

You’ll usually see a note at checkout if longer timelines apply.
Please keep in mind: Orders stay in "processing" status until they are shipped
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships:

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email from the brand or their fulfillment partner.

That email will include a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
