At ExpertVoice, we ask experts to renew their team qualifications regularly—usually once a year. This helps keep our expert community current and ensures brands are connecting with the right individuals.
*Note: Your qualification is valid for one year from the date you’re approved. It is not based on the expiration date listed on your credential.
How do I renew my qualification?
Renewing is usually quick and depends on how you originally verified. Here's how:
- Go to your profile: Navigate to the My Teams section.
- Look for expired teams: Expired qualifications will be marked with a red "EXPIRED" label.
- Start your renewal: Click the "EXPIRED" alert to begin.
-
Complete the renewal using one of these methods:
- Confirm your existing information: Reconfirm your employee or member ID (we’ll display the one you originally used).
-
Submit a document: Upload one of the following:
- A recent pay statement (please redact sensitive information)
- An updated certificate relevant to your profession
- A copy of your official ID card (must clearly show expiration dates)
- A letter from your supervisor on company letterhead confirming your employment status
- Click to renew: For some teams, that’s all you need to do—no documents required.
If you're renewing with an email and it’s not working, you can upload a different credential instead by reopening your application and submitting one of the documents listed above.
No longer associated with your team?
If you've been asked to renew your qualification but are no longer working for this team or employer, we encourage you to explore other teams you may qualify for. You can explore options here.
What if I can’t renew?
Some teams, like VIP or limited-access groups, may not allow renewals. If you don’t see a way to renew, we recommend browsing other teams you may qualify for. You can explore options here.
