At ExpertVoice, we ask all of our experts to regularly renew their qualification with their team, usually on an annual basis. This process helps ensure that our experts are accurately represented to our brand partners.
What does renewing my qualification involve?
1. Visit your profile: Go to the "My Teams" section.
2. Look for expired qualifications: Expired qualifications will be marked with a red "EXPIRED" label.
3. Renew your qualification: Click the "EXPIRED" alert to renew your qualifications and regain access to the brand.
4. Submit one of the following documents to the portal:
- A recent pay statement (please redact any sensitive information) OR
- An updated certificate OR
- A copy of your official ID card, clearly showing expiration dates OR
- A verified official email address OR
- A letter from your supervisor on official company letterhead confirming your employment status
