To keep costs low for these exclusive buying programs, many brands process orders in batches. While each brand has its own standard processing time, the average shipping time typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks. However, certain items may take longer:

Custom items & made-to-order products: These items require additional time for production and may extend the lead time beyond the standard window.

Firearms: Due to regulatory requirements and additional safety checks, firearms often take longer to process and ship.
Please note: When your order status shows "Processing," it means the brand has received your order and is actively working on it.

Hold: This is the initial step before processing. It means the brand has received your order but hasn't yet fully integrated it into their system. Don't worry—your order is in the queue!

Processing: The brand has your order and is actively working to fulfill it.

Shipped: Great news—your order has shipped! You can find tracking information on your Order History page. If you don't see it, please contact Expert Support.
