If it’s been more than 4 weeks and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, we recommend reaching out to our support team so we can check in with the brand for you.
🚚 Why is there a delay?
There are a few reasons why your order might be taking longer than expected:

The brand has your order and is actively working on fulfillment. -
Shipped
Your order is on its way! You’ll find tracking details in your Order History once available.
