How to update your shipping address on ExpertVoice:
Once you've placed an order, the shipping address cannot be edited. However, if the order hasn't been submitted to the brand yet, we can cancel it within the first 60 minutes of the order being placed, allowing you to re-place the order with the correct address.

What to do if your order is already submitted:
If your order has already been submitted to the brand, and you need to update the shipping address, please contact our Expert Support team. We'll reach out to the brand to see if they can redirect the package, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
Undelivered packages:
If your package is undeliverable and returned to the sender, we can request the brand to reship it. Please confirm your correct delivery address and preferred shipping method when you contact us.
Updating your store location:
If you've started working at a different location within the same store, please refer to this article for instructions on updating your store location in your profile.
Incorrect default shipping address:
For retailers with an incorrect default shipping address, please contact our Expert Support team so we can update your profile with the correct location.
