If your homepage feed on ExpertVoice is empty, it could be due to a few reasons:
1. You haven’t joined a team yet:
Joining a team is necessary to unlocking access to brands and their exclusive perks. It’s simple to get started—just follow our step-by-step guide to find and join a team that matches your expertise. Once you do, your expert perks will be unlocked, and you’ll start seeing brands on your feed.
2. Your team application is still pending:
ExpertVoice is exclusive, and we take our time to ensure that only legitimate experts are granted access. It usually takes a day or two to confirm your qualifications, but if it’s taking longer or you have questions, our Expert Success team is here to help.
3. Your team qualification has expired:
Check your profile’s "Affiliations" section on the left-hand side. If you see a red “EXPIRED” label under any qualifications, it’s time to renew. Just click on the “EXPIRED” alert and follow the steps to update your information.
