If you've lost access to a brand on ExpertVoice, it's likely due to one of the following reasons:
1. Expired team qualification
Your access to certain brands is tied to your team qualification, which may have expired. To check and renew:
- Visit your profile: Go to the "My Teams" section.
- Look for expired qualifications: Expired qualifications will be marked with a red "EXPIRED" label.

Renew your qualification: Click the "EXPIRED" alert to renew your qualifications and regain access to the brand.
- To renew your qualification, simply submit one of the following to the portal: an updated pay stub, membership ID, verified employee email address or certificate.
2. Brand no longer available
In some cases, a brand may no longer be a part of ExpertVoice, which would result in the loss of access.
