To successfully qualify with your retailer on ExpertVoice, your valid employee ID number, along with your first and last name, must be included in the retailer's employee feed. Here’s what else you should know:

Missing information: If your details aren’t in this feed, you won’t be able to qualify with the retailer on ExpertVoice.

Employment changes: If you leave the retailer, your qualification will be deactivated.

Reactivation issues: If your profile keeps getting deactivated while you’re still employed, contact your HR team to ensure your employee ID is correctly listed in the feed.

Account creation: If you’ve already created an account using your employee number, you cannot create a new profile with the same number. Each employee ID can only be used once.
