To apply for a team and gain access to exclusive content and discounts, follow these steps:
- Login to your account: Start by logging into your ExpertVoice account.
- Access the "My Teams" section: Click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. From the drop-down menu, select "My Teams."
- Add a qualification: On the "My Teams" page, click the "Add Qualification" button. Use the search function to find and apply for any teams you may qualify for.
Troubleshooting team applications
If your team doesn’t appear in the search results, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Private application: Your team may no longer be using a public application.
- Team disabled: The team may have been disabled or removed from our platform.
- Team not set up: We may not currently have a team set up for your organization.
If your team isn't listed and you believe it should be, submit a team request for your organization, or contact our Expert Support team for additional help.
