To ensure your access to ExpertVoice benefits as an Academy Sports + Outdoors employee, please follow the guidelines below:
- Employee verification: Your employee ID number, along with your first and last name, must be included in our verified employee feed. If your information isn’t listed, you won’t be able to qualify with this retailer on ExpertVoice.
- Employment status: If you leave Academy Sports + Outdoors, your qualification will be automatically deactivated.
- Reactivation issues: If your profile keeps getting deactivated, but you are still employed at the store, contact your HR team to ensure your employee ID number is correctly listed in their feed.
- Existing profiles: If you’ve already created an account using your employee number, you cannot create a new profile with the same number. Your employee number can only be used once.
