How to verify your email address on ExpertVoice
If you received a message asking you to verify your email address, it means we need to confirm your information before you can start shopping.
Steps to verify your email:
1. Locate the verification card:
- Log in to your ExpertVoice account.
- On the homepage, locate the "Important for You" section.
- Click "Verify Email" under either the Verify Email or Application sections.

2. Check your email:
- You'll receive an email with the subject line: "Verify your email to complete your application and get brand access" from donotreply@email.expertvoice.com.
- Open the email and click the red "Verify email" button, or paste this link into your browser: https://www.expertvoice.com/account/contact?next=%2Fhome
3. Complete the verification:
- A new sign-in screen will open, and you'll see a blue banner at the top of the page confirming that your email address has been activated.
Adding ExpertVoice to your email whitelist:
To ensure you receive important emails from ExpertVoice, add "@info.expertvoice.com" to your email whitelist. This will prevent our messages from being marked as spam or junk.
For Gmail:
- Open Gmail and go to "Settings."
- Click on "Filters and Blocked Addresses."
- Click "Create a new filter."
- In the "From" field, enter "info.expertvoice.com."
- Click "Create filter" and select "Never send it to Spam."
For Outlook:
- Go to "Settings" and select "View all Outlook settings."
- Under "Junk email," click "Safe senders and domains."
- Enter "info.expertvoice.com" and click "Add."
For Yahoo Mail:
- Click on "Settings" and then "More Settings."
- Go to "Filters" and click "Add new filters."
- Enter "info.expertvoice.com" in the "From" field.
- Click "Save."
By following these steps, you’ll ensure a smooth email verification process and receive all necessary communications from ExpertVoice.
Troubleshooting:
If the verification link doesn't work:
- If the button in the email doesn't work or shows an error, you can use the verification code provided in the email.
- On the ExpertVoice homepage, click the verification link again, and a popup will appear where yu can enter the code to manually verify your email.

If you have trouble verifying your email, you can submit an official credential to verify your team instead. Simply open your application and upload one of the following:
- A recent pay statement (redact any sensitive information before submitting)
- An updated certificate relevant to your profession
- A copy of your official ID card (must clearly show expiration dates)
- A verified employee email address
- A letter from your supervisor on official company letterhead confirming your employment status
