Federal will be re-opening their ExpertVoice store on August 15th, 2022. This will be a redirect store, which will allow you to place your new orders on Federal's website.
We are sorry to inform you, Federal Ammunition is having extended issues processing orders due to high demand and product availability. Many of their orders are taking over a year to ship.
We are working with them to resolve this issue but we do not have an ETA as to when they will be caught up on processing orders.
In the event that you would like your order cancelled please let us know so we can submit that request for you. If you do not wish to cancel, your order will be processed by Federal Ammunition as soon as they are able.
For orders still in Processing, you have not been charged yet, and will be charged for the order once its marked as shipped. What you saw on your bank statement when you placed the order was only a pre-authorization, to make sure there were funds available to pay for the order.
Unfortunately, if Federal goes to ship your order and payment is declined, they will cancel your order. If the card you placed the order with is expired, or no longer active, please call our Expert Support team to have your payment information updated.
