What credentials can I use to join a group or team?

The application for the team you are applying to should provide details on what to provide for approval. Please read the application details closely and upload the requested documentation.

If what you provided is not enough for approval, you will receive a message asking for additional information to be uploaded.

For some teams, you can apply with an official email address. Upon applying, you will receive an email containing a link to verify you are the owner of that email address. You will be approved upon email verification.

Below is a list of the common credentials that ExpertVoice accepts for some of the more popular teams:

Law Enforcement
  • Unexpired law enforcement ID card; pay stub within last 30 days.

Shooting Sports Instructors
  • CQB certificate; any other certificate that indicates applicant is a certified shooting instructor.

NRA Instructors
  • Unexpired NRA Instructor card

Hunting and Fishing Guides and Outfitters
  • Pay stub within last 30 days; hunting or fishing guide license; anything that indicates that they are a guide (including a website, certificate, etc.).

U.S. Army
  • LES, ID Card, DD214, ERB, ORB etc. Please Black-out ALL sensitive information (including any OPSEC information).

U.S. Air Force
  • LES, ID Card, DD214, ERB, ORB etc. Please Black-out ALL sensitive information (including any OPSEC information).
U.S. Marines
  • LES, ID Card, DD214, ERB, ORB etc. Please Black-out ALL sensitive information (including any OPSEC information).
U.S. Navy
