Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit the shipping address. If you order has not yet been submitted to the brand, we can cancel it, and you can re-place the order with a corrected address.
In the event that your order has already been submitted and you wish to update your shipping address, please contact our Expert Support team. We will reach out to the brand to see if they can redirect the package (if it has not already shipped).
If the package was unable to be delivered and/or returned to sender, we are happy to reach out to the brand to request that the order be reshipped. To do that, please confirm the delivery address and shipping method.
