Orders are transmitted to the brand 60 minutes after they are placed. We are unable to modify orders once they have been submitted to the brand for processing.
Our Expert Support team can submit a request for cancellation on your behalf to the manufacturer, and if the order has not yet been fully processed they may be able to cancel it.
